Pastured Chicken

Our broilers are Cornish-Cross chickens and raised in groups of 550. Our birds are released out onto pasture at 3-4 weeks and are not medicated for growth or size production. They eat numerous insects while on pasture, including flies! They are fed with a non-GMO, corn and soy free crumble mixture produced locally in Waco. All our meat is processed at a USDA inspected facility.

We also raise laying hens which are a mix of red and black sex links and Barred Rock. All our eggs are brown and all chickens are completely free-range, housed in a converted barn at night to keep them safe from predators. Hens are raised free of medication.
