Grass Fed Beef

Our herd is a mix of Black Angus and Black Angus-Akaushi cross. The Black Angus herd is grass-fed and finished, functioning as a mixture of heifers and steers. The Black Angus-Akaushi herd are 50% Angus and 50% Akaushi. Akaushi cattle are 1 of 4 different breeds of Wagyu known for its marbling in steaks and roasts. Akaushi is a breed that has been touted as heart-healthy. The Angus-Akaushi herd is grass-fed but finished with grain in the pursuit of a prime grade. Prime beef is rare and a specialty as well as the goal behind the product we provide to you. All our meat is processed at a USDA inspected facility.
